Who is Karl Von Stahl?

Posted on by Karl Von Stahl

Hello there. My name is Karl Von Stahl. I was born in Sweden but have since a few years back lived in New York. I live in a skyscraper close to Central Park, for private reasons I won't disclose my exact address.

I've always been fascinated by food, even when I was a little kid running around the streets of my neighborhood. I made my first dinner when I was around 10 years old and since then the interest has been growing into a passion. I've helped plenty of different companies to maintain their restaurants and fast food chains. I don't mean to brag, but I really do know my food. Don't mistake me for a chef though, I am first and foremost a "foodpreneur". I can cook food and make some very amazing courses, but I rather have people to cook for me instead.

One of my favorite things to eat is hamburgers. I know, it's sounds kind of cheesy that a rich foodpreneur enjoys a simple dish like hamburgers the most, but hear me out. First of all, I'm not talking about the burgers you buy at McDonalds or Burger King. Those are pure garbage, they're made from processed meat and will probably give you cancer if you eat too many. What I'm talking about is real burgers, made from real meat, fresh veggies and freshly baked bread.

I've actually traveled around the world in search for the best hamburger, I've yet to find one that will fully satisfy my high standards. So far one of the best burgers I've eaten so far comes from a burger franchise in Stockholm actually (my hometown). If you're anytime I highly recommend you to get to the place called Lilys Burger. I can guarantee that you will not find anything better in that town!

I hope you will my blog interesting. I won't only be writing about food, but most likely anything that pops into my mind. Well anything that is worth spending my time on.

Kind regards,

Karl Von Stahl
